What’s in my makeup bag for short weekend trip?

Happy summer everyone! The days are very hot here in Poland. I like it and I think I would love it if not the sad moments when I have to go to work in the mornings. It’s been a time of not having a time at all for me. This is the first lazy weekend since ever and I’m away from home visiting my fiancee’s family. I’ve not been wearing a lot of makeup recently. Let’s be honest if it’s this hot I want as little on my face as possible. However I always bring something with me in my makeup bag. Today I want to share with you what’s in my makeup bag for short weekend trip. I hope you’d also share what’s in your makeup bag in the comment section.

Bielenda Make-up Academie – Magic Base – gold makeup primer

I’ve bought it as an addition in one of the magazines. I’ve started using it and I am very satisfied. It’s now my favourite thing to apply in the morning. The consistency is very nice and smooth. It has little golden drops inside what looks very beautiful. The whole packaging is very pretty and simple. I love the application because a few drops are enough for the whole face. The primer absorbs quickly and it gives the skin natural look. I truly am satisfied with it!

Sun expert Dax Sun – face sun cream

I use this cream with SPF 50 because my skin is pale and I get sunburn easily. I look like a crab and I don’t like it at all. When it comes to this suncream I’ve already spoken about it here. I like this one because it has also other protections like HEV, IR, UVA and UVB.

Makeup Revolution London – matte base concealer

I’ve bought it in shade C3 which is pretty light. The concealer is said to be cruelty-free. It’s my first concealer stick and it’s quite well. The coverage is great. I think I would love it more if it isn’t this much matte. My skin under eyes needs a product that is more moisturizing while this dries the under eye area.

Rimmel London – Stay Matte – long lasting pressured powder

It’s been my first powder I have ever bought and I’ve came back to it after a few years. I use the transparent one and I absolutely love it! It mattes my skin making it looks natural. Everything is beautifully set and during the day I hardly ever need to reapply.

Smart Girls Get More Shimmer – bronzing powder

My absolute favourite for summer time. I have it in shade 102 Glitter. It has cold tones and a lot of shimmer. I like how beautiful my face looks like while wearing it. The pigmentation is great and it blends nicely.

Catrice Cosmetics – Multi Matt Blush

The colour I have is 010 Love, Rosie! I like it has four different shades in one and you can mix them if you want. The pigmentation is nice but after applying on cheeks it’s really natural looking. The matt finish is great and the formula is a bit loose sometimes.

Hourglass – Ambient – lighting powder

I’ve bought it when I was in New York and I am totally grateful for it! If I knew how good it was going to be I would buy more. The little glow it gives makes me super happy. My skin looks fresh, healthy and natural. I like to apply it at the end when the whole face makeup is finished. Sometimes I only use this one instead of powder.

Maybelline New York – Lash Sensational – full fan effect mascara

This was my first brown mascara and I love it since then. Even though it’s really dark and you hardly can tell the difference from the black one, it has something that makes lashes more natural looking. They are longer, have more volume but at the same time they seem natural.

Urban Decay – Eyeshadow Primer Potion – original

I don’t think I’ll ever change this one. It’s my favourite eyeshadow primer. Always working! It’s small, you don’t need much product. It lasts really long and it makes the eyeshadows stay in one place for the whole day. What do you need more?

Too Faced – Sweet Peach – eyeshadow pallete

Shade Georgia is my absolutely favourite. If they sell it separately I will buy a lot of them. It’s light pink shade that looks amazing on the eyelids. I mean, the whole Sweet Peach pallete is absolutely wonderful! However, this one shade is pure perfection for me. You don’t have to blend it much because it looks good anyway.

I didn’t insert any lipstick or lip products I use because I thought I can make it a seperate post. I wear mostly nudes and light pinks nowadays. When I travel I like to pick two shades but they’re not always the same every trip. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my little post and I hope you’ll share what’s in your makeup bag for short weekend trips?
