We already have spring and you probably wonder how to take care of your skin so it’s constantly in a good condition. I have the same! I see days are warmer and I can finally take off all these
Use creams with SPF, UVA and UVB
It is very important! Don’t forget about ears because I did once and it didn’t end up well. Choose creams with all possible protection. I use Sun Expert Dax Sun for the face. It has SPF 50, UVA, UVB, IR protection and HEV protection. What does it mean? I am being protected not only from the sunshine but also from the light emitted by TV or different monitors. This is nice! When it comes to my body I use Bielenda Bikini, Dry Touch with SPF 50. This one also havs UVA, UVB and IR protection.
Moisturize your skin
Creams with all protections are a must-have in the warm season but so are moisturizers. The skin can lose its normal hydration so a good moisturizer is needed. You can choose whichever is best for you and takes care of your skin nicely. At the moment I’ve been testing some new ones (reviews coming soon) but I love Garnier Skin Naturals botanical face cream, Dermedic Hydrain 2 and for my body Neutrogena Hydro Boost.
Drink at least 2 liters of water
Do I have to tell you how important is that? I think you all already know. Taking care of the skin should not only be from the outside but also from inside. The human body is mostly water so we function better if we have enough water in our organism. The skin also needs water so it can be hydrated.
Don’t sunbath too long
Who else loves lying in the sunshine and feel a nice warmth? I am a huge fan of doing this. At the moment the weather is perfect for sunbathing because it’s not as hot as it can be in the summer. However nice it may sound it’s no good if you don’t use protection or simply spend too much time in the sunshine without reapplying creams with SPF.
Wear hats and sunglasses
Not only they can be very stylish but also they help you with protecting your skin. I love sunglasses and I have a lot of pairs in different styles so they can match every outfit. Also, I love hats especially the big ones and I’m really devastated by the fact where I live it’s most of the time windy.
I think I gave all you need to know how to take care of your skin in the spring and the summer. I hope this a little piece of advice will help and inspire you.
What do you think about this? What else would you advice?
